Hi! I’m Ruhee Shaikh—Certified Health Coach, corporate survivor, mom, wife, daughter, and the heart behind 360 Health and Integrative Nutrition. If you’re a woman, and you’re here, you probably know exactly what it’s like to wear a dozen hats every single day. For years, I did too - and still do! As someone who wants to do it all, and do it well, I have committed to my career across four countries, raising a family, investing in constant learning (academic and otherwise!), saying yes to everything and everyone - until I couldn’t anymore.
I thought constantly pushing myself was normal. As I went through professional challenges, transitions within my family as my children grew up, constantly balancing my marriage, and the unique struggles that only women go through as they speed through life - I brushed off the exhaustion, the mood swings, the guilt of never doing “enough.” Sound familiar? My days blurred together until burnout took hold—I was running on empty, yet I didn’t dare slow down.
