Hi, I’m Ruhee Shaikh—Certified Health Coach, corporate survivor, mom, wife, daughter, and founder of 360Health and Integrative Nutrition. Like so many women, I juggled family, career, and life’s endless demands—always pushing myself, always putting myself last. Burnout nearly broke me, until I finally learned to ask for help and start again with compassion. That’s why I created 360Health : to help women like you reset, heal, and rediscover your spark.
